Parking: The Hilton Fort Worth offers valet and self-parking options. Daily parking rates apply. Several nearby public parking garages are also available within walking distance of the hotel.

Public Transportation: Fort Worth has a public bus system with stops near the hotel. The TEXRail light rail connects downtown Fort Worth to DFW Airport.

Shuttles: We are not providing dedicated conference shuttles. However, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available throughout downtown Fort Worth.

The dress code is business casual. We recommend comfortable, professional attire suitable for a conference setting. Fort Worth can be warm in April, so layers are recommended for varying indoor temperatures. Evening networking events will also be business casual.

The conference runs from April 16-18, 2026. While the detailed agenda is still being finalized, here's what you can expect:

Daily Schedule (typical):

• Morning sessions: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (includes breakfast)

• Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

• Afternoon sessions: 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM

• Networking/Happy Hours: Evening events TBA

Day 1 (April 16): Welcome reception in the evening Day 2 (April 17): Full day of programming with evening networking event Day 3 (April 18): Morning sessions, concluding by early afternoon

Your registration fee includes:

• Daily breakfast (all three days)

• Daily lunch (all three days)

• Welcome reception with light refreshments

• Coffee and refreshments during breaks

Dietary Restrictions: We will accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. You'll have the opportunity to specify your dietary needs during registration. Please contact us at hai@health.tamu.edu if you have specific concerns.

Dinners are not included, allowing you to explore Fort Worth's excellent dining scene at your leisure

Guests at Conference Sessions: Conference sessions and meals are for registered attendees only. However, guests are welcome to join you for evening networking events and receptions at an additional fee. Please contact us for guest ticket pricing.

Age Restrictions: This is a professional conference designed for adult attendees. While there are no strict age restrictions, the content and format are geared toward professionals in health care, legal, and social service fields.

What to Bring:

• Business cards for networking

• Laptop or tablet (optional, for note-taking)

• Comfortable walking shoes for exploring Fort Worth

• Light jacket or sweater for air-conditioned conference rooms

Your registration fee covers all conference sessions, materials, breakfast, lunch, and networking events. Additional costs you may incur include:

• Hotel Accommodation: Book your room separately using our hotel block

• Travel: Airfare, ground transportation, and parking

• Dinners: Evening meals are not included in registration

• Optional Activities: Any personal sightseeing or entertainment

• Conference Merchandise: Optional conference merchandise or other branded items (if available, pricing TBA)

We will notify attendees in advance if any optional paid activities or merchandise become available.

Session Recordings: We plan to record select sessions and make them available to registered attendees after the conference. Access details will be provided closer to the event date. Please note that not all sessions may be recorded, depending on speaker permissions.

Presentation Materials: Speakers may choose to share their slides and materials. These will be made available to attendees when provided by speakers.

Photos: Official conference photos will be taken throughout the event and shared with attendees via email after the conference concludes. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please notify us by emailing hai@health.tamu.edu.

Resources and Materials: Conference attendees will receive access to a digital resource library containing reference materials, recommended readings, and relevant tools shared during the conference.
